4th AIIMS Research  Day: 30.1.25

This day was celebrated by an official meeting in the JLNA wherein a Research section presentation was made by the Associate Dean Research, Dr Govind Makharia. The highlights were the 2 brilliant orations by 1982 batch AIIMSONIANS Dr Yogesh Jain and Dr Shitij Kapur (click on the you tube links to listen to the orations). Photographs of the event where the ceremonial felicitation was done have been shared.

In the evening there was a celebratory meet and greet dinner hosted by the AIIMSONIANS and attended by the Director, Dean, Dr TS Jain (President), Dr Jeetu Maheshwari( Past President), retired Professors Samiran Nundy, Kamal Buckshee, NK Mehra, Raj Mehra, SK Kapoor, Subrata Sinha, Dr J Lobo, Bunny Anand and Seenu. The batch of 82 was in full attendance lead by Prof Alok Takkar, the orators- Dr Shitij with Sharmishta(wife) and Dr Yogesh  and many others. Batch of 83 was represented by Drs Sujoy (Secretary), Anuj, Madhur, Preeti and Rashmi.  Batch of 89 was represented by Drs Vinay, Rajiv and Kaberi (details in the dinner group photos).

There were many batches represented in the dinner as per the group photo footage notes!

All in all a very stimulating and memorable day!
