Finally, it was time for the Annual AIIMSONIANs dinner, which is traditionally hosted on the 1st October evening every year at the Swimming Pool Lawns in AIIMS campus!! It was the Silver Jubilee anniversary of the batch of ‘99, Golden jubilee anniversary of the batch of ‘74 (led by Prof Jeetu Maheshwari) and Diamond Jubilee anniversary of batch of ’64 represented by Prof Jeniffer Lobo! It was a fun party attended by many of our senior retired faculty, Prof BML Kapur, Prof NC Madan, Prof V Bhatnagar, Prof Subrata Sinha, Prof Peush Sahni! The Dinner is also the occasion to announce various AIIMSONIANs scholarships/awards, this year 1 PhD scholar, 7 MBBS undergrads and 9 Nursing undergrads were awarded!
